Break eggs and whisk with a fork, making sure to add a little seasoning.
Heat fying pan with a little oil and add onion, red pepper and bacon until cooked. Remove from the frying pan set aside. Add some more oil to the frying pan, when heated add half of the whisked egg.
When half cooked add half of the onion, red pepper and bacon. Add some soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce and flip over the omelette.
