These pitta pockets, packed with egg, ham and spinach, will become a sandwich box favourite, and kids will love helping to make them to.
- Warm up the pitta breads in the toaster and then split in half lengthways and open out. Your little helpers can spread each one with a little mayonnaise.
- Whlie your kids are doing this you need to cook the eggs in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and run under cold running water for a few minutes, peel and then slice - with a little supervision, kids will really enjoy peeling the eggs!
- Ask the kids to divide the spinach leaves between the pitta breads, top with the Goodness sliced ham and sliced eggs, season and close. Wrap up in foil or nonstick baking paper and chill until ready to serve.
