Put bread into toaster and set to toast. Meanwhile peel a banana and place on to plate or if eating on the go leave unpeeled. As soon as toast is ready, spread with tahinin and sprinkle seeds on top. The banana can be mashed and placed on top of the seeds or eaten seperately.

This is a substantial breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime, as well as containing lots of healthy nutrients.

  • 2tbsp tahini dark and organic
  • 30g pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds
