I discovered this recipe at a restaurant with colleagues and although it is a light desert, it is loaded with calories!

Whip the cream until its firm. Gently fold in the fruit. Break up the meringue into small pieces and again fold into the mixture. Place in the fridge to cool for 20 mins or so. enjoy!

Try to be gentle when folding. You want to keep as much air in the mixture as possible.
