Combine the pizza base ingredients in a food processor and whizz together until a dough has formed.
On a lightly floured work surface roll out the dough thinly so that it is about 1cm thick. Using a 10 cm/4 inch cutter make round templates.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas Mark 7.
Add your desired topping.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
