Put the potatoes on to boil.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and carrots and fry in a pan. Add mince to carrot and onion and brown for 10 minutes, then add the stock cube.
Meanwhile, drain the potatoes and mash with a little milk.
Put onion, carrot and mince in dish topped with the mashed potatoes and place in oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Serve with salad or chips children love this.
