I had Italian meatballs when I was on holiday in Italy a few years ago. I love it so much that I make it myself at home.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the Tesco Finest meatballs and fry for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Set aside.
Finely chop the chilli. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry onion, chilli and red pepper and garlic. Add in stock, tomatoes, tomato puree, and salt and pepper .Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes to heat through.
Serve with pasta. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with herbs
