Smother the meat joint all over in the mustard & set on a cooking dish, with the vegs around it, & potatoes each side. Sprinkle potatoes with the potato seasoning, & the veg with aromat. Cover the vegs a bit with foil, & open roast the joint for 2-3 hours at 180-200C, with an inch of water in the bottom.
Drain off the juices when done & add granules to thicken into gravy. Serve with a lettuce salad.
