Under pressure for fast, easy, cheap. healthy dinners
Place the chickens upside down on a cooking dish. Put the marg into a cup & heat gently in micro for a dew seconds until runny. Add the chicken seasoning, mix together & paste the chickens all over with the mixture, turning them right way up as you go.
Add about an inch of water under the food, under a wire mesh to give best result. Pop the potatoes to each side of the chickens & season them over the top with potato seasoning or salt & a little pepper. Turn oven to 180 degrees, & cook for at least an hour & a half, or 2, covering the potatoes with foil after the first hour.
Meanwhile prepare, & cook the veg (poss in same tray). Wash the lettuce, & put the oil, vinegar, dressing powder & yoghurt into a large bowl & mix well. Tear lettuce into pieces & lay on top of bowl.
When chicken is done, drain off the juices & thicken with chicken granules. Serve the chicken, veg & potatoes, with gravy. Mix the salad with the dressing & serve immediately.
Serve gravy in a separate jug, & make sure the chicken is really crisp before serving.
