Under pressure to provide, fast, easy, cheap, healthy meals.
Put a little butter/marg into a large frying pan, put in the meat/fish & gently sauté it for 5 mins, sprinkled with the seasoning. Turn right down & keep warm.
Cut open the bread/rolls, butter & place on plates. Arrange the lettuce on the plate & lay the meat/fish over it. Eat immediately.
