Make up the sachet of sugar free jelly as per the packet and leave to cool slightly.
In a blender whisk the jelly with the very low fat fromage frais and fruit
Pour into serving dishes and leave to set in the fridge. Serve with extra fruit on top if desired
You can use practically any soft fruit for this recipe and also vary the flavour of the jelly used. You can also not blend the fruit into the mixture but cut it in chunks and leave whole and pour the mixture over it before leaving it to set. You can also leave the fruit out completely.
