Wash the spinach leaves and place them in a steamer for 10 minutes.
Wash the salmon fillets, partially dry on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle the flour onto a plate, add the smoked paprika and mix well.
Heat the oil in a heavy based pan.
Dip each salmon fillet into the flour and paprika mixture, and pop it into the heated oil.
Leave the salmon fillets to cook for three to four minutes, before turning carefully to sear the other side.
Serve your pan fried salmon fillets onto the bed of steamed, wilted spinach leaves.
