This is a family favourite for years and years very simple to remember and very simple to make. The kids love stealing the marshmallows and getting their hands sticky, and love eating the final result as well as licking spoons and the bowl of course

Place biscuits in a food bag, and allow your little one to bash them up to a crumb with a rolling bin (lots of noise!)

Cut marshmallows into pieces or use twice as many min marshmallows (you may need extra as little ones may eat some!

Cut Glace cherries in half or quarters depends on what size you like

Mix biscuit crumbs, marshmallows and cherries together in a bowl with the weetened condensed milk.

Place a sheet of baking parchment on work top and cover with a good layer of the desicated coconut.

Place biscuit marshallow mixture on top of coconut and use hands to form a sausage shape.

Roll up in parchment paper tightly and ensure coconut is well distributed around edges of mixture

Chill in fridge for about 2 hours or as long as you can resist. Slice approx 2 cm thick pieces and place on bun cases

Eat and enjoy!
