To make the soup, blitz all the ingredients in a blender and heat gently in a saucepan, adding a little salt and pepper to taste. Divide between warmed bowls and garnish with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, a trimmed celery stick, celery leaves and a sprinkle of celery salt. Serve chilled or hot, with the wrapped breadsticks on the side for dipping.
