Fry the chopped meat on a pan so that the surface of the meat gets nice and brown (not all the way cooked), and out aside to wait.

Melt the butter on the pan and add the flour mixing through properly and let the flour "roast" a bit to get nice brown colour, don´t let it burn! Add water little by little with stirring well all the time to create sauce. let the sauce boil few mins and spice it up with a hint on whitepepper and some blackpepper and salt. Add the stock-cubes in and the cream and stir well. Taste.

Add the meats into the sauce and let boil for few minutes. The pour it to the slow-cooker.

Slow-cooker to 200C until the stew starts to boil, then reduce the heat to 150C for about 5-6 hours.

When there´s 1hour left of cooking time, peel and chop carrots to thick slices and onion to 4 bits, and add them to the stew for the last hour. Make sure that the vegetables are under the sauce to cook well.

When ready, enjoy with boiled potatoes, mash or even boiled rice. Melts in the mouth, and is going to be asked for again! ENJOY! Hyvää Ruokahalua! (Bon Appetit in finnish)
