Chop and deseed peppers, and chop the onions and spring onions.
Put olive oil into a sauce pan and when hot, fry onions and peppers making sure they don't get too soft.
Add garlic paste, ginger and salt and pepper. Add pasta sauce and stir in the peppers and onions, take off the heat.
Chop the cod and haddock and add to the pasta sauce, return to the heat. When fish is cooked, add prawns and crab sticks.
Boil enough pasta for you and your family / guests and serve with garlic bread or dough balls.
