Fish Cakes recipe

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Beat egg, add drained and flaked tuna, olive oil, finely chopped spring onions and 75g of bread crumbs.

Using remainder of bread crumbs to coat fish cakes.

Bake for 10 min or until golden. Turn once during cooking.
