My childhood favourite - one of the first things I ever learned to cook and still cooking them 36 years later!!
Start Grill - Medium Heat
Take 2 slices of fresh white bread and spread margarine onto both slices, followed by Mayonnaise and follow that with the tomato sauce.
Place fish fingers under the medium heated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Place hot fish fingers onto one slice of bread and top with the other to make a sandwich.
Eat while the fish fingers are hot. Don‘t cut the sandwich.
Extra Mayo and Tomato sauce to make it more squidgy. Put a tea-towel around your neck to catch the drips!!
