In a bowl mix the chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin, turmeric and black pepper with the garlic paste and egg. Spoon an even amount of mixture on top of the salmon.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and place the salmon pieces and cook, the time of frying depends on how you like your fish. Once cooked serve with plain boiled rice and salad.

  • 2 medium pieces salmon fish
  • ½tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp corriander powder

  • salt, to taste
