My wife does everything for me, cleans, irons and looks after my kids, The one thing I can do for her and my kids is to provide wholesome food. My joy in life is serving my wife good food and making her happy when we both come in from work.

Brown an onion, a leek and some celery in some butter. Add water to a knorr fish stock, stir in a table spoon of honey, and a splash of cider vinegar. Add a liberal shake of dried mixed herbs to the browning vege and after 5 minutes pour over the stock. Add a small cup of frozen peas and bring to the boil. Take off the boil and simmer. Add pieces of cod, haddock and salmon and gently cook through. Once the fish is cooked take off the heat. Next take a packet of microwave rice and some stock from the fish pan. Lightly heat in a pan and add a finely chopped handful of washed spinach. Once there is no sign of any liquid in the rice take off the heat and add a pot of crème fraiche. Serve a cupped portion of rice with the fish mixture. Only at this point season with ground black pepper.
