My husband used to cook this for me we used to joke that it was the only thing he could cook! It always makes me smile when I cook it!

Take all ingredients minus the mashed potato and cook for 15 mins until the sauce has warmed through.

Mix a third of the cheese into the sauce.

Pour into a heatproof dish and top with the mash.

Sprinkle the cheese over the mash then put into the oven on 200c for 10 mins until the cheese is golden brown.
