I‘m uploading recipes to make my weekly shops easier, if it helps someone else then so be it :)

Boil potatoes for approx 15 mins until an ordinary knife cuts through easily. Mash thoroughly until smooth with one third of the quark.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees / 160 degrees fan.

Mix together the remaining quark, milk, and chopped fresh parsley with around 2tbsp of cornflour.

place all the fish and prawns into the bottom of a large glass dish, pour over the petit pois, pour the sauce over the top and then spread the mash evenly across everything, finally sprinkle with grated cheese.

If the dish is very full, place on a baking tray to prevent it leaking into the oven then bake for a minimum of 35 minutes and until brown and as thick as possible. (mine usually takes around 50 minutes)

If you don‘t want to serve it on its own, green beans make a great, healthy accompaniment.

Defrost fish first to reduce the pie‘s water content, if not the frozen fish means its a little runny but still tastes just as great. (of course follow packet instructions first) Season with salt and pepper.
