this meal started as a change from meat after Christmas. It is now a favourite in our house.
peel and boil potatoes then mash them with a little of the cream.
fry the sliced leek in a little oit and toss the fish pieces in same oil with leeks.
place fish and leeks in even amount in two individual oven proof dishes
add rest of cream to both dishes
cover with mashed potatoe and cook in medium heated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Add grated cheese and frozen pies if liked.
