pre heat the oven to 180, peel the potatoes and chop into small pieces and then put onto boil, cook the fish until it is cooked roughly 30 minutes, when potatoes are done mash them, add the of the ingredients to the mash, break the fish up into strips and add to the mash, put into a large pan and spread out, put back into the oven for a few minutes to crisp up and serve
