Boil & mash potatoes.
Poach fish in alittle milk. Bring milk to boil, place fish in. Turn off heat & cover for 10 mins. Then remove from heat & ser aside.
Chop spring onions finely.
Mix together all ingredients, gentle use fork for fish as left with nice large chucks.
Form into balls about size of tennis ball then flatten slightly. Dust with flour then rest in fridge for at least 30 mins.
Fry in alittle fat of your choice, medium heat, until golden brown both sides.
Serve with salad, rice or vegetables.
