Filling, simple, quick and tasty - uses up leftovers in your cupboard.
Boil, or poach an egg and toast some bread.
Heat the baked beans. Butter the toast, and slice the cheese. Arrange the beans on top of the toast, with the sliced brie on the beans. Place egg besides the cheese.
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle the rocket leaves on top for a garnish. Crack some black pepper over to finish!
