I'm unable to eat wheat and this recipe is great for anyone after that flour-like texture that can't otherwise enjoy baked goods.
Mix them together and then spoon onto a cookie tray and stick it in a medium oven (160C) for 10mins. Let them cool for a bit on the tray as they are quite squishy at first then cool them on a rack to harden up.
You can wet your hands and roll them into balls instead of spooning onto the tray if you like. It's worth checking the oven after the first 5 minutes.
