Get a sting ray wing, take the meat off the bones. Get some leek and spring onion, slice it and fry it for 5 minutes. Add the fish and rosemary, salt pepper and cream. Mix everything with pasta after frying for 10 minutes..

I got some steam veg on the side...and obviously glass of white vine..quite exotic fish but very tasty..
