Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Add the chicken and onion, cook gently for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the mushrooms, cook for a couple of mins. Stir in the mushroom soup, and milk or cream. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the wine, season to taste and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cream for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
Simmer for a while.
Tip: Thicken with corn flour.
