Cut peaches into bite size pieces .
Divide the peaches between 4 sundae or big wine glasses, leaving behind 12 pieces to be used later.
Divide the muesli between the glasses, leaving a layer over the fruit.
Put over a layer of the yogurt.
Mix the jam and fruit juice in a jug and pour evenly over the glasses.
Put 3 peach pieces on the top of each mixture.
This is a quick no cook gluten and dairy free dessert. The photo is supplied from Tesco and the nearest match to the finished dessert.
It should look more like a trifle in a glass.
