was given some vouchers from tesco orchard to try fresh fish and this is what i choose.Ae experiment with the fish pie mix and some freezer and store cupboard basics, yummy ... will defo be using it again.. give it a try am sure you and your family will enjoy. quick easy and very filling, a lovely midweek meal for all

make a basic white sauce using 400 ml milk , knob of butter and desert spoon cornflour or plain flour

add 1 pack of tesco ready mixed fresh fish pie mix. add any frozen veg... i used sweetcorn and peas.

put into an ovenproof dish and top with mashed potato, i also added a sprinkle of tescos own medium cheddar cheese.

put into a pre heated oven electric 160 for 30 mins.

you can boil the potatoes at the start and they will then be ready at the same time as the fresh fish mix
