Fresh fish pie recipe

Put the fish in an ovenproof dish and cover with milk, cook for 20 mins on 200.

Meanwhile boil the eggs for 10 mins and the potatoes for 25

Make the parsley sauce

When the eggs are hard boiled take off the shell and cut into small pieces.

When the potato is soft mash the white potatoes and sweet potato seperately

When the fish is done, drain excess milk and flake the fish. Add the eggs and most the parsley sauce, saving some back. Put the mashed potato on top and decorate with sweet potato

Put in the oven for 25 mins on 200 Also boil the peas

Serve with peas and extra parsley sauce.
