HE TUNA&CANELLINISALAD

Put the tuna steaks onto a plate and pour over the lemon juice , zest and a tablespoon of olive oil, season and turn the steaks to get a good coating of this dressing. Bring a griddle pan or non stick frying pan to a high heat, once hot at the steaks, cook for 2 minutes each side for medium /rare if you want it cooked more cook for 3-4 minutes per side all depends on the thickness of your tuna steaks, once cooked remove and rest whilst you prepare your warm salad.

In a separate pan, melt the butter with 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the butter is foaming add the spinach with some seasoning, allow to wilt, then add the beans, olives and sundries tomatoes just to warm through. Spoon the bean salad onto plates, thinly slice your tuna and balance on top.
