Fried Lemon Grass Chicken HERO

Marinate chicken pieces for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot, then add garlic and fry until fragrant. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, with no pink showing.

Garnish if desired and serve.


For marinade, use hard stalks of lemongrass only and bruise to release fragrance before mincing
