This steak recipe is so simple and yet taste delicious. It is my family favourite.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add in steaks and fry 10 minutes on each side.

Add in chopped onions and then the balsamic glaze. Sizzle for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with jacket potatoes and a green salad
