Fromage frais, cucumber and radish sandwich recipe

Combine the cottage cheese, cucumber and some seasoning in a mixing bowl, stirring well to mix thoroughly. Top the slices of bread with the strips of iceberg lettuce and the torn leaves.

Spoon the cottage cheese mixture generously on top.

Top with a mixture of the radish, pine nuts and dill. Garnish the open sandwiches with some frisée lettuce before serving on plates.
