Frozen grapes and melty chocolate recipe

1 rating

Jamie says: "I love this simple after-dinner treat. The frozen grapes provide an amazing sorbet taste, but with a fraction of the hard work! Serve everything on a board and bring to the table for everyone to help themselves." See method

  1. Lay the bunch of grapes on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours before you want to eat them – make room in your freezer beforehand, as you don’t want them getting squashed!
  2. Snap the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, add the butter (if using) and place over a pan of gently simmering water until smooth and melted, stirring occasionally (or melt in the microwave).
  3. Arrange the grapes nicely on a board and pour the chocolate into a small serving bowl, ready for dipping and dunking.
