Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of mixed red and green seedless grapes (500g)
  • 80g quality dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 knob of unsalted butter

Method

  1. Lay the bunch of grapes on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours before you want to eat them – make room in your freezer beforehand, as you don’t want them getting squashed!
  2. Snap the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, add the butter (if using) and place over a pan of gently simmering water until smooth and melted, stirring occasionally (or melt in the microwave).
  3. Arrange the grapes nicely on a board and pour the chocolate into a small serving bowl, ready for dipping and dunking.
