  • ½ tbsp sea salt​
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 30ml tequila
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 6 frozen raspberries
  • small handful of ice
  • lime wheel, to garnish

Method

  1. Evenly spread the salt on a small saucer. Rub the juiced lime half around the rim of an Old Fashioned or rocks glass and dip it into the salt so that the rim is covered.​
  2. Add the lime juice to a blender along with the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, tequila and triple sec. Add the raspberries and ice; blend until smooth.​
  3. Pour into the salt rimmed glass and serve with a lime wheel on the glass.
