Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas Mark 4. Place the Rice Krispies, almonds, seeds and sultanas into a bowl and mix to combine.
Place the apricots and dates in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped. Add half of the cereal mixture to the food processor bowl and blitz again until the mixture is combined and sticky.
Return the sticky mixture to the cereal bowl, drizzle over the honey and mix well. Shape into 24 tbsp size balls and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 8 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve with a heaped tbsp of Greek yogurt and a spoonful of raspberries.
