Slice the strawberries and peaches and half the grapes lengthways
Layer up the fruits an a shallow dish such as a lasagne dish
Top the fruit with a thick layer of creme fraiche, I use low fat.
Cover the top of the creme fraiche with a layer of brown sugar and place under a hot grill for 5 mins until the sugar has melted.
Remove from the grill and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve while the sugar is still crunchy.
