Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
Whip the cream, orange zest and icing sugar into soft peaks and then gradually whisk in the orange juice, yogurt and passion fruit pulp so that the mixture remains softly whipped. Spoon the mixture into a small bowl cover and set aside to chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Wash the strawberries, raspberries, grapes and blueberries. When ready to serve place passion fruit cream in small bowl in centre of a large plate and then place fruits around it.
Tip: For a treat dip strawberries in melted dark chocolate and leave to cool before serving.
