Fruity Chocolate Tart

My 9 year old niece loves double cream and as I was looking after her and my 4 year old niece too, I thought it would be a quick and fun dessert activity to take part in-they loved making them and being able to decorate them all by themselves - I think it helped them to enjoy it a lot more.

Please note: this is actually a no cook recipe but it hasn‘t got the option of 0 minutes cooking time above. IT CAN SERVE LESS PEOPLE BUT THE TART CASES CAME IN AN 8 PACK AND NEEDED USING BEFORE THEY EXPIRED. ------------------------------------------------------------- Place the cream, vanilla paste and mango juice into a mixing bowl.

Use a hand held whisk to thicken the cream again as the extra ingredients can make it thin out.

Take each of the tart cases out of the packet and place them onto a plate for each person.

Spoon some of the cream into each of the cases and use the selection of fruit to decorate it how you would like. Enjoy!

HINT: If you use a bowl scraper, you will get everything out of the bowl to eat. It is fun for kids of all ages too!
