Fusilli with bacon and leeks

Chop one leek very finely and cut 2 rashers of bacon into tiny peices.

Put the bacon and leeks in a pot with 5 tbsp water and simmer until cooked through, approximately 10minutes.

Meanwhile heat a pan of water to boiling and add 150g fusilli lunghi tesco finest pasta. bring to the boil then simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add back to the pan. Add the leeks and 2 tbsp red pesto.

Serve warm.
