First shared this starter in a restaurant in fuertventura and recreated it using Tesco ingredients when I got home making it even better with Mediterranean bread .

Chop chilli and garlic finely.Then add to oil low heat for 10mins. Add jumbo prawns 2 mins each side then add small prawns for 2-3 mins. Serve with Tesco Mediterranean bread sipping into oil and sharing prawns !!! Mmmmm

Don't pre heat the oil let the garlic and chilli warm up in oil to maximise the flavours without burning them .
