We would always have a balsamic & olive oil dip with fresh bread but one day i did not have any balsamic so I messed around with the above ingredients knowing it went well in a stir fry. Now we enjoy it as a dressing, marinade and dip.
Using a Garlic press - press both the garlic and ginger into a bowl. Add both the soy and ginger and mix well.
Use this as a marinade for meat and veg, salad dressing, dip for fresh bread and a stir fry sauce
