Gluten free chocolate bean cake recipe

I have been trialling Bioglan raw cacao powder courtesy of Tesco and Bioglan

Line a 20 cm cake tin

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

Blitz all ingredients in a food processor

Add to cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes

This cake should still be moist in the centre.

  • 400g Tin butter beans
  • 50g Raw cacao
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • 125g soft light brown sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • 100g Gluten free plain flour
