Not long diagnosed Coeliac so trying to make all my favourite meals but just gluten free.

Cook the Tagliatelle as per instructions on pack. Drain and rinse thoroughly with boiling water. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion, garlic and chilli until browned. Add the prawns and cook for 5-10 minutes until browned. Stir in the remaining ingredients and freshly cooked Tagliatelle and heat through.

Kikkomen Tamari is a brand of gluten free Soy Sauce. Sometimes it is difficult to get in Tesco but Sainsburys sell it as is always available there. Blue Dragon do not make gluten free soy sauce so do not use it if you are steering away from wheat, barley and gluten. Chilli sauce is normally gluten free but double check the bottle before using. Amoy and Tesco fresh rice noodles are gluten free or even just use rice or gluten free spaghetti both work great too.

  • 120 Gluten Free rice noodles/spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Pepper - Any colour
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150g King prawns
  • 1cm root ginger
  • 150g Bean Sprouts
  • 100g mangeout
  • 4 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Gluten Free
