Gluten Free Vegan Mushroom & Spinach Pizza recipe

Thanks to Tesco, I got to try the Tesco Healthy Living Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce for free. It‘s a great staple product.

Preheat oven to Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 / 200°C and line an oven tray with baking paper. Place pizza base on top.

Take out approximately 5 cubes of the Tesco Healthy Living Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce and add to a pan on a low heat. Stir continuously until it has defrosted. Add more for a saucier base.

Chop washed mushrooms into slices and wash spinach.

Evenly spoon the tomato sauce onto the pizza until covered.

Put the vegetables on the pizza, making sure they are well spread out.

Put in the oven for 8 - 9 minutes. Grate the cheese in the meantime. I used Vio Life Dairy Free Cheese Alternative.

Take the pizza out and add cheese on top. Put back in the oven for a further 1 - 2 minutes. You may need a further minute or so for a crispier effect.

Take the pizza out, cut and serve.
