Gluten free zingy veggie wraps recipe

Slice up the peppers and onion , lay wrap out and spread with salsa , then add the veg and cheese in a line in the middle of the wrap , add a dollop of sour cream before wrapping.

Adjust the amount of sour cream and salsa depending on how zingy your tastes are!
