Grease two ramakins and dust with cocoa powder.
Melt some baking margarine and chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds, checking and stirring after 20 seconds, set aside.
Beat an egg, egg yolk and caster sugar until pale and thick, add chocolate mixture to eggy mixture and mix in a few good tbsps of brandy. Mix in flour, then pour between the ramakins.
Bake in the oven at 160°C, gas mark 3 for 14 minutes and then serve with vanilla icecream or cream.
Tip: Dont overcook, they should have a gooey middle.
